Small skin tags (up to 2 mm): Approximately the size of a pinhead or sesame seed. These are removed quickly in a single treatment.
Medium skin tags (2-5 mm): Approximately the size of a match head to a pencil eraser. May require slightly longer treatment time.
Large skin tags (over 5 mm): Approximately the size of a pea or larger. These require individual assessment and dedicated treatment time.
After treatment, the skin tag will form a small scab which will naturally fall off within 7-14 days. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid picking at the scab, and apply a gentle antiseptic if recommended. Protect the area from direct sun exposure during healing to prevent pigmentation changes.
